Submit the application form together with application fees of MYR2,500 in form of Bank Draft payable to KOLEJ POLY-TECH MARA SDN BHD. Fees (MYR2,500) can also be paid via telegraphic transfer to the following account:

Offer letter will be issued to successful application upon receiving the required documents, together with the application fees and visa processing fees.
Students are required to return completed acceptance forms within the stipulated date.
KUPTM will submit the application of Visa Approval Letter (VAL) to EMGS which may require 6-8 weeks of processing time. The approved VAL will be sent to students prior leaving their country.

Pay first semester tuition fees before their arrival.
Inform International Student Office (ISO) of KUPTM of their arrival details at least 7 days before arrival date.
ISO of KUPTM will assist student to get immigration clearance at the airport.

Report to International Student Office of KUPTM within 3 days upon arrival in Malaysia.
Pay balance of the fees for Year 1
Get student ID at International Student Office
Make arrangement for medical examination at EMGS panel clinics/hospitals within 7 days upon arrival in Malaysia.
Submit their passport to International Student Office for endorsement of student pass. Passport will be ready for collection within 3-4 weeks from the date of submission.
